bad service: jollibee delivery in las pinas. they promised before na if na late sila, they give gc or something sabi ng nag take ng order ko, last march, nalate nga sila accdg to the guy in motorcycle, nasiraan, i asked wheres the gc, wala daw, i called up the hotline, sige daw they will ask the branch to give me a call and give me gc, wala naman, a week later, i complained again and demmand for the gc, they said the same thing, tatawagan daw ako ng branch na nag deliver, 1 month later, wala parin, so i complained again, this time may tumawag na sakin, nag sorry, they will bring daw the gc to my house, kaya lang naubos daw, so they will get back to me, till this day wala pa. nagsawa na ako kaka complain. sana wag sila mangako ng promo kung hindi nila kayang panindigan

Slammers burger, rob galleria branch: nakakadiri ang 3 service crew lahat sila dugyot.

yung kumuha ng order ko sa kanya rin ako nagbayad, may kinuha sa ilong nya bago naibigay sukli ko.

yung petite na babae, di direct na nainvolved sa order ko pero nagkakamot sya ng likot nya (loob nung blouse/uniform yung kamay nya) sabay hawak sa cooking utensils na bagong hugas ba yun or what.

yung last na crew, guy rin ito, nag ask ako if ire-reheat lang ba yung beligian fries kuno nila. Paano nakatambak yung luto na mukhang malamig na fries sa ilalim nung table/cabinet kung saan nakapatong yung deep fryer nila. Ang sagot, di daw. Tapos wala pa 1 min (di pa ako nakapagbalik wallet sa bag) iniaabot na nya sa kasama nya na crew na guy yung fries.

nung "luto" na yung fries, yun crew na naglinis ng ilong ang sya ba namang nagbukas nung "paper cone" para sa fries. The way nya binuksan e ipinasok nya kamay nya para mai-open yung cone. Kaya nung tanungin ako ano daw dip gusto ko, sagot ko kahit ano. Makakain pa ba yung pesteng fries na yun?

sa totoo lang gusto ko magreklamo, kaso mukha silang siga sa kanto baka mapaano pa anak ko (toddler ko kasi may gusto na mag order)

if i were you, i'd definitely talk to the manager or the owner. Slammers burger is not a big-time restaurant so i'm sure the owner often visits. This disgusting show of service must not be tolerated.

^sis walang mgr dun sa kiosk nila, silang 3 lang. Medyo tago kasi yung location nila, near filbars. If wala lang sakit anak ko nun e nakatikim mga yun ng salita kaso we were all so tired galing TMC almost whole day and we just wanted a break.

Had dinner in Fridays (MOA) tonight. Good Service but the Fish and Chips was wayyy salty.
Fridays branches always have a good service. Kudos!

bad service--i realy hate those girl na ngserve sa amin..di ba naman ibinalik yung salpicao na pinabalot ko..sabi in 5 mins isserve na raw..10..20..30 mins wala pa rin..nung ipa follow up namin andyan na raw..andyan na nga..too bad tapos na kami mgbayad so we told her take out na lang yun..ibinalik nya sa kitchen..hintay kmi..umabot ng 5 mins wala pa rin pinabalot ko..we called d girl sabi bwal daw mgpabalot..e binayaran n kya namin yun..and we didnt even touch d food..i ask for her name..Roda daw..sabi ko call ur manager..di pa raw dumating.."i told her give me my salpicao.."she gave it after a while but pabagsak pa ng ilapag sa mesa..we dont want trouble kya di na namin pinatulan..but next time na [textspeak!] mgserve sa amin ill tell her to go hehe...

in fairness yung ibang server pleasant na man mkiharap..

More than 1 hour kami nagantay ng order namin. Nung naserved na yung pasta, spoon ba naman yung binigay sa amin. Uminit tuloy ulo nung friend ko. Masarap sana ice tea nila kaso hirap tawagin yung mga waiter. Puro sasabihin sandali lang tapos tagal pa nila lumapit.

may mga weird insects na lumalapit sa pagkain namin. its not a cockroach to my relief pero hindi din siya ant or anything. parang beetlebug

we saw around three so medyo naiinis na ako. then i saw another sa wall. because of this i looked for the manager to complain tapos may nakita akong teenaged ipis sa reception/ billing area bordering the cooking area

so i talked to the manager nicely sabi niya due sila for cleaning on sunday aka today. ayun, nagapologize naman o change our food pero nawalan na nga ako ng gana. i didnt leave a tip and i dont think il be back. sayang kasi i love napolis...8 years na ako lagi bumabalik.

I had noodles for takeout with a request for spoon and fork. Pagdating ko sa school wala yung spoon and fork so binalikan ko pa.. at sumasagot pa yung waiter. The manager got my num and told me they'll call me today.. I haven't heard from them yet..

really bad service - KFC delivery. every time SUPER LATE! my friend had to wait for 5 hours para dumating yung food nila. and the branch manager didn't agree when my friend asked to cancel the order. para matapos na lang ang usapan, my friend only agreed to pay for 50%. she called KFC to have the food delivered at 11am. after about 6 calls, the food arrived at 4pm

Bad Service: Aruba @ Metrowalk, Ortigas

We ordered 2 baked oysters, after the 1st one arrived the waitress said UBOS na daw. As well as another food order that it took them a couple of minutes just to say na wala na.

the waitress serving us was not courteous at all, she makes faces and has a lot of excuses kung bakit wala pa yung order, in a very lousy way. she also served the wine late, dahil pinapalamig pa daw, when it was served it was still unopened. pinagalitan tuloy ng Pres. namin.


para siyang trainee on her first night, lousy service, tapos di naman ganun kasarap yung food. tsk.

sbarro (megamall) BAD SERVICE.
yung kumukuha ng order ang dami daming tanong tapos clinarify pa yung mga order ko tapos mali rin ang ibibigay! jusmio! umorder ako ng pasta with meat balls, ang binigay sa akin pasta na lubog sa sabaw at walang meat balls!

yung fruitas sa cartimar, kc nauuhaw ako kaya umorder ako ng mango shake, aba yung langaw kasama sa pag sshake. sabi ko " abat may langaw na kasama, ayun oh??" sabi ng empleyado, di yun langaw, mangga yun." nagpanting ang tenga ko kasi inalis lang nya yung langaw tapos tuloy pa rin sa pagbblender nung langaw at mangga, sabi ko " aba palitan mo yan hugasan mo at palitan mo". buti pinalitan naman pero mukhang masama ang loob. pakialam ko sa kanya eh nagbayad ako ng tama.

Kanina sa Subway sa NBS quezon ave. May nagwawalis sa "dine in" area nila nung padating kami,nung pumwesto ako sa harap para umorder pumasok yung nagwawalis at sya din ang kukuha ng order at magpe-prepare! Yuck naman nun. Hinintay ko na yung nasa phone ang kumuha ng order pero busy pa sa telebabad kaya umalis na lang kami.

Best Service for us Stars and Stripes @ MOA --- sarap ng food!
Worst - KFC Buendia along Pasong Tamo Branch (near the gasoline station) - bagal ng service, 24 hours yun tapos iilang counter lang ang bukas, maraming tao then halos lahat ng orderin mo wala na or yung chicken puro nalang wings at leg.
