bad service/ good service- fastfood or restaurant

BAD: Sizzlin' Pepper Steak Katipunan. But not that bad naman, the attendant asked us if we're ready to order and we said yes, then she left us and took our order after 100 years.

What really irked me was their TIRAMISU PLEASE DO NOT ORDER, it's overpriced at P175, and it's totally not worth it.

Now that I think about it you guys better not go there, the plate doesn't even sizzle enough, how are we supposed to cook?

They also have annoying exhaust hoods at every table.

Pepper lunch is sooooo much better.

napakabastos ng cashier...di pinapansin yung mga umoorder...makikipagdaldalan pa sa phone..

totoo ito..naexperienced ko sobrang ibang klase crew nila..nung suklian ako kulang ng 1H. Akala ata nya lahat ng tao basta ipapasok na lang sa bulsa sukli.actually,ganun ako kaso that time nagduda ko kasi di nya ko tinignan nuni iabot yung change ko.nung sinita ko di sya tumingin sa akin...walang sorry.tawa tawa ko sinabihan ko akala mo lulusot ka.nagtxt ako dun sa hotline number nila.nagreply naman..gawan daw nila action.

Gumbo @ MOA

good service: Last Sat, Hindi namin alam saan kame magdinner ng sister ko so inikot namin lahat ng kainan. Tapos nung napadan kame sa Gumbo, yung manager all so smile anf may inabot na papael, yun pala pag kumain ka daw may free something pag ngorder ka ng ganto or pag umabot ng P300 ang order mo. NUng naikot na namin halos lahat puno, so we've decided na dito na lang.

The crew were so attentive. tapos yung drinks namin kalahati pa lang andyan na sila para magrefill. pati pagbukas at paglagay ng ketchup, sila pa rin. hehe kaya kahit may service charge sila, nagtip pa rin kame.

not so so: Ang dumi pa ng table pagpasok namin kahit napunasan na, then kelangan pa namin magtawag ng crew para magrefill ng drinks, hindi sila proactive. Yung sisig hindi na rin sizzling.. Kaya nung kinuha namin yung bill, ngtatalo pa kame ng sis ko kung magtip kame since walang service charge. The funny thing is nung malapit na kame umalis may isang waitress na humabol pa na baka daw gusto namin ng refill.. eh hello, paalis na kame, too late.. hehe kaya yun walang tip.

super slow service.. tapos when you follow-up your order, nakasimangot pa yung mga waiter then kulang kulang yung dating ng drink and food mismo, even the saucer para sa soy sauce! kakaasar.

It's the same good service sa Gumbo at The Block. Kakatuwa sila, no?  Dito lang magaan loob ko mag-tip.


And now the bad:

Wham Burgers along Katipunan -- mas suplada pa yung cashier sa akin. Nakita na nga nyang andun ako waiting for her to take my order, and inuna pa nyang irefill yung pitcher, ayusin yung ketchup, etc. Tapos when she finally got around to talking to me, she acted as if she couldn't be bothered. Goodgod, woman!

Pancake House sa Megamall -- took 15 minutes for the waiter to take our order. Nahulugan ako ng lalagyan ng soy sauce while the busboy was clearing the table. Took 30 minutes for the food to arrive, e sandwich and pasta lang yun.

PIZZA HUT-BUENDIA... best service ever..the waiters are so good so friendly and they serve really fresh pizza

aling tonya's at the san miguel by the bay..one hour na kami naghihintay ng order namin, yun pala napatungan ng ibang order..ni walang man lang sorry from them..lumipat na lang kami sa ibang kasi sobrang gutom na kami. first time pa naman sana namin kumain kasi masarap daw..well, if masarap man, their service sucks

Bad: Italiannis of Mega Mall, grabe one time buong family ko pumunta dun for buffet, first time to try and last din talaga. Imagine ang buffet nila grabe katagal i-refill , sobrang ubos na lahat halos wala na laman ang buong buffet nila, it took them more than 30 minutes to do so and pa-isa isa pa. hay...

i just have to agree... Gumbo super okay ang service. whether sa sm block or MOA. taas-kamay ko sa service nila.

Pho Hoa Megamall - super-slow ng service. we had to ask about 4x for the utensils to be put on the table, same with our drinks. the noodle soup arrived last - nung patapos na kami kumain, dapat ata yun na lang dessert namin e   mukhang tuliro yung service crew, e dapat prepared sila for lots of people - we went there Saturday lunch time

everytime we use the pizzanatic card (you get a free hawaiian or pepperoni of the same pizza size you order) ang konti ng toppings na nilalagay sa mga pizza.  even the ones that you paid for!  i could understand kung kontian nila ang toppings sa freebie, pero it defeats the purpose of getting the card, right?  and to think that you have to order either the large or family size to avail of the promo.  so talagang obvious na mabibilang mo lang ang meat and veggies that they place as toppings sa laki ng crust.  also, all our orders are no longer hot when they arrive, parang mga luma na. and to think that they assign the branch nearest to your house for delivery.  we get ours from their espana branch na wala pa sigurong 2 mins ang layo from our house

Bag of Beans Tagaytay - great service! very accommodating ang staff and they anticipate the customers' needs, sarap pa ng food so nakakatuwa balikan yung place nila.

Slammers burger, rob galleria branch: nakakadiri ang 3 service crew lahat sila dugyot.

yung kumuha ng order ko sa kanya rin ako nagbayad, may kinuha sa ilong nya bago naibigay sukli ko.

yung petite na babae, di direct na nainvolved sa order ko pero nagkakamot sya ng likot nya (loob nung blouse/uniform yung kamay nya) sabay hawak sa cooking utensils na bagong hugas ba yun or what.

yung last na crew, guy rin ito, nag ask ako if ire-reheat lang ba yung beligian fries kuno nila. Paano nakatambak yung luto na mukhang malamig na fries sa ilalim nung table/cabinet kung saan nakapatong yung deep fryer nila. Ang sagot, di daw. Tapos wala pa 1 min (di pa ako nakapagbalik wallet sa bag) iniaabot na nya sa kasama nya na crew na guy yung fries.

nung "luto" na yung fries, yun crew na naglinis ng ilong ang sya ba namang nagbukas nung "paper cone" para sa fries. The way nya binuksan e ipinasok nya kamay nya para mai-open yung cone. Kaya nung tanungin ako ano daw dip gusto ko, sagot ko kahit ano. Makakain pa ba yung pesteng fries na yun?

sa totoo lang gusto ko magreklamo, kaso mukha silang siga sa kanto baka mapaano pa anak ko (toddler ko kasi may gusto na mag order)
