^ problem nga yun. saya pa naman mag jump rope. make me miss my child hood days. yung tipong may song pa... "i love you teddy bear, tedy bear...." hehe..

i tried last monday. ok siya grabe pawis ko. i moved the tables and chairs in the study area to make space since summer naman. i did 3 rounds, 3 minutes per round. while skipping, hinihingal lang ako pero nung natapos na. dun na tumulo ang pawis. grabe kapagod ito. sakit ng legs ko up till now

i don't time myself kasi basta naka 500 skips na ko ok na ko dun. pero di ko talaga magawa religiously...

meron pa.."dance and dance in a super dance!" hahaha

been using jumping rope for two weeks na.. hehe i target 100 last week, tpos 150 naman this week.

nong first week, masakit talaga sa paa, so tinigil ko muna for 3 days..

share ko lang.. kakatawa pinsan ko, nagjumping rope siya 110 jumps straight, no breaks/no pauses..

pagkatapos non, hindi na nakapagsalita sa hingal.

ang weird nga eh... kasi hindi naman right after ko nararamdaman yung sakit. the day after pa sumasakit. katulad uli ngayon, monday ako nag-jump rope, sumakit kahapon at ngayon. wah! pero go pa rin!

I remember my martial arts days, my friends and i would jump without ropes whenever there's too many people or whenever we forgot our ropes.. we'd pretend we have the ropes in our hands and skip based on muscle memory since skipping rope is a staple in our training.

the newbies would usually find it funny or weird....

^yung kaya mo lang sis. kung 10 lang kaya mo, then 10 lang. increase mo nalang gradually. don't forget to do stretching before and after.
