True yan sis... kahit CPA ka dito sa Pinas hindi recognize sa States. pero pag Board passer ka naman sa Tate recognized kahit saan...

i'm proud to be an accountant pero di ko siya pina-practice mas preferred ko na lang po ang mag business...

sardonyx, totoo yun kasi nung time nila matagal pa ang results kaya nung feeling ni Tito Con (Valix) na magfail daw siya eh nagtake na siya ulet para not waste of time daw. hehe Ang kulet niya!

same here.   I'll take the CIA exam on May 16-17 naman.  Sana makapasa.

need your advices here. lalo na yung mag accountants na nasa abroad, working.

ano ba pwede ko i-take na courses para ma-update naman ako? lalo na yung magiging useful sa akin pag nag-apply ako for work abroad?

2001 pa ko graduate ng BSA. never took the boards.  hehe. thanks

mag rereview na ko sis sa october sa CPAr sana maka survive ako nakalimutan ko na din kasi yung ibang mga lesson eh i work muna [textspeak!] then saka na ko nag decide na mag CPA exam ng maranasan ko na api apihin dahil under board ako..

i'm not working abroad but i suggest you take CMA.

^ang alam ko sa CMA, kailangan at least supervisorial ang post mo dito sa phils. staff pa rin ako e. i have CAT certification though.

Hi! Sali ako. May 2006 Batch naman ako. Then July2006 na-hire sa isang Auditing firm. 14 mos. din ako tumagal dun. Nagresign dahil may nahanap ng bagong work, na-burnout kasi ako sa audit, try ko naman iba. hehe. Pero nalilito pa din ako, di ko alam gagawin ko sa career ko. Thankful naman ako may work ako. Hay. Kwento naman kayo! hehe!

pwede ask ko kung bkt [textspeak!] mga di pa CPA takot magboard exam pano nyo malalamang mahirap if never tried...don't be afraid to commit mistake its part of life..nobody is perfect di ba

^same questioin  i have a friend na nagreview na for a year but hindi pa rin nageexam kasi takot bumagsak.. he asked me how to pass the board exam, sabi ko na first and foremost kelangan nya magtake ng exma para pumasa
