@ sis sa_sang:  for me, helpful yun French Grammar: The Easy Way by Fabienne-Sophie Chauderlot (not sure kung meron pang stock sa Powerbooks) tas may binigay rin sa akin yun friend ko, Pimsleur French 1, 2 and 3 (audio format). Di ko sure kung san nya na download yun. I'll ask her tas pm kita.

But I would suggest tawagan mo sila to be sure. Better yet, visit alliance. Meron silang list ng modules with the corresponding price and program duration.

Hay nagsself study pa lang ako ngayon kaso ang sakit sa ulo eh. Kasi naman iba iba yung mga words na gagamitin depende sa sentence.

Im also planning to enroll sa Alliance. Hmmm... may alam ba kayong malapit lang dito sa qc?

Major ko 'to supposed to be pero I'm thinking about Spanish din.  Kasi yun yung options eh, what do you think?

^in my opinion, we filipinos can learn spanish faster than french. dahil sa background natin pati knowledge of english language. can't really say if it's the same for everyone. i've always had a thing for language, malawak comprehension ko, problema lang sa grammar. i took Elementary Spanish back in college tapos dahil din siguro mahilig ako manood ng foreign films, i can sort of converse in Spanish. pero kelangan medyo marunong din yung tao magEnglish, o kaya matiyaga siya mag-ulit. in my experience, mas may pasensiya ang mga Spanish-speaking people (European & South American), so you could get by with a bit. pero pag French, kelangan correct pronunciation plus grammar para maintindihan ka. kasi iba talaga, unlike Spanish na madali para sa atin bigkasin.

I took up French in Alliance. 2 semi-intesive sessions but i'm planning to go back soon, di ko tinapos yung 3rd session ko... and to speak it well, i wanna do immersion, too. if i'm not mistaken sis Mnemosyne... around this month yung 2nd session nila for this year. it's mid-March i think. just call Alliance.

^ regarding dun sa immersion, dati yun alliance may program sila May in Paris, parang 3 weeks ka sa Paris tas makikitira ka sa isang french family tas may lessons rin.  may bayad yun around $3k to $4k.
