Currently I'm taking Mosegor Vita. Not effective. It really depends on the body's response. 
Any suggestions that could change my weight aside from eating a bunch of carbs?

yung kasing binili ng kapatid ko 500 yung 50 capsules..pero may bfad seal na siya..ang prob. lang puro chinese characters.. yung directions lang kung ilang beses itatake sa isang araw yung nakatranslate sa english..

reaaly? mejo may doubt kasi ako pag uwi ko. kasi db sabi nila lingzhi chuang yao wan daw yung pampataba. mamaya kaso eto yung diet pill eh ang payat ko na nga  anyways.. yung nabili ko kasi is Ginseng lin-zi gejie pil ganun din ba syo? and have you noticed any changes or effects nung nagtake ka nito? tnx.  by the way uminom na ko ng 1 capsule today after breakfast

yung sakin ling zhi chuang yao wan.. light green yung bottle tapos may chinese characters and may wisdom yung capsules.. yung capsules color red.

im 5'4, 21y/o. and i think wala pa ata 45k weight ko 
ano bang magandang supplement na nagpapagana sa pagkain and lalo n sa pagtulog.  kasi lagi kulang tulog ko and and i only eat 3 to 4 times a day. d ako gnun katakaw.  pahelp asap.

Try mo rin Propan with Iron or Appebon with Iron.
If hirap ka matulog, magjogging ka sa HAPON,. Kelangan mapagod ka para antukin ka.
Uminom karin ng gatas sa gabi.

Di na ako nagtatake ng vitamins, it would really depend on ourselves kung ganado ba tayo kakain. now the time is almost 2pm di pa ako naglulunch. eto ang weakness ko eh, kaya lalong pumapayat kasi late ng kumain, di pa marami. hayyss... di naman ako kain ng kain kasi mas lalong nakakapayat yun. 
ang ginagawa ko, hinihintay kung magutom talaga ako then dun nako kakain ng marami, kelangan maraming kanin dahil proven na yun nga nakapagpataba sakin ng onti. 
ayoko naman magka 50 kg sis, 45-46 kg lang ang gusto ko kasi, napansin ko nung nagkagain weight ako ng kahit 3-4 kg lang ha, tas 40 ang base kg ko. So kahit ganun lang ang idinagdag ng weight ko, may ghad, ang mamoy ng pisngi ko. lol.
