currently still at our rented flat kasi mag-eend pa ang contract end of april.... then we'll be moving to our own flat na, thank You Lord...so while we still haven't moved yet, aayusin na muna namin yung place, repaint the walls, buy new furnitures, etc...

we are currently living with my inlaws.. on the insistence of my my [textspeak!]. we are hoping to have a place of our own now. my [textspeak!] has told my oldest SIL that he plans to give us our share in their property near bulacan. i hope we can build a house here in the near future.

We were previously renting a condo at Fort and we thought na sayang yung monthly namin kasi pwede na syang pang hulog sa mortgage ng house which will be under our name, so husband & I decided to purchase a townhouse which we are still paying for at this time.

So semi-owned (haha!)

^ Hi sis! the husband and I lucked out eh, we were able to purchase a townhouse that's newly renovated in Valle Verde.

Saang area ka ba naghahanap if you don't mind me asking, baka may ma-refer ako sayo since kakalipat lang namin and meron pa akong list ng brokers and properties na tiningnan namin if you like.

kahit nung nakatira pa ako sa parents ko owned yung bahay namin, kaya ngayong nagasawa na ako sinikap ko makumbinsi si hubby na mas practical ang bumili ng bahay kesa mag rent

mas mahirap kasi pag nagrerent. IMHO pag rent kasi talo ka kasi bayad ka lang ng bayad sa bahay na hindi magiging sayo unless rent to own ang contract nyo, mas pabor ako dun

nag house mortgage kami under equitable but since binili na sya ng bdo kaya kay bdo na kami nagbabayd ng MA. last feb. 29 supposed to be our last MA, but we advance the payment and naka-discount din kami,from 21,399,we only paid 18,041 for a 1month advance payment.
am so hapi na finally after 5 yrs natapos na din namin bayaran ang aming house mortgage but
hindi pa pala dun nagtatapos, aabutin ng 75thou ang pag transfer ng title,
realty tax and business tax 25thou na,yung gastos pa sa BIR na doc stamp and transfer tax plus yung sa registry of deeds pa.
nakaka-lungkot,ang dami dapat bayaran sa government para mapa-sayo ang bahay na binili mo,
kaya ang daming illegal settlers sa pinas eh

hi sis! correct ka diyan, akala ng marami after you fully paid the house and lot tapos na. kung gusto mong makuha titulo ang laki pa ng babayaran mo, mabuti na lang samin 2006 sinabay na sa full house payment ang titulo, 25k nagastos namin. eto magbabayad pa kami ng yearly amilyar.

^di pa pala kasali sa "package" un? i thought pag binili mo yung property, si seller / developer ang bahala maglipat ng title under your name at their own expense. di pa pala included yunf fee nun?

@sis patutchai: mabuti ka pa sis tapos na. kami kasi still waiting for the release of our CAR from the BIR
and then last stop ang registry of deeds. magastos grabe.

@sis meg_janecek: up to 6% lang ang sagot ng seller which is in our case is the BDO,
the rest sagot na ng buyer, so if you bought 2million house and lot
more or less 4% ng total contract price ang babayaran mo pa after your
last monthly amortization. ganon yung nasa contract to sell namin.
