Homemade Beef Tapa

1kg Sirloin Part ng Beef,
Ibabad overnight sa Tuyo, suka, minced garlic and Sibuyas, tapos lemon or calamansi.

Ang winner lagi nito sa amin. Malambot kasi yung sirloin part.

Eggs over hard, toast, butter & jam, coffee. On weekends, if my husband isn't feeling lazy, he makes pancakes, eggs & bacon.

-pag may magandang saging, he would bake the night before ng banana loaf or cupcakes, inaalmusal din ng mga bata with boiled egg..minsan pambaon na din....

I tried doing home made tocino as suggested by sis FayeP. Malalaman sa Monday kung okay ang lasa. Hehe.

Usual bfast sa bahay

- eggs + pandesal + avocado/apples
- pancakes + bananas (or banana pancakes pag overripe na)
- mixed veggies (usually corn, beans, carrots, potatoes)

Tapos recently nahilig ako sa DIY milk tea (earl grey or black tea + almond milk + sugar/splenda).
...all adventurous women do.

Oatmeal (we like Quaker Oats? Maple Sugar, Apple& Cinnamon, and the normal one)
Cereal
Pancake
French toast
Bagel & cream cheese
Toasted bread & butter (& jam) plus slices of banana
Basta yung madali lang i-prepare and my kids can do it themselves

Pag may kasamang luto,
Eggs (omelette/sunny side up/scrambled)
Sausage or hotdog
Bacon
Potato hash
