You can try making different kinds of omelet para hindi ka magsawa. Sometimes, try making sandwiches for breakfast din. Mabigat din yun sa tiyan and you can try different kinds of Sandwiches. =)

i learned this from my japanese friend. nainfluence ako :D

in the morning mix apple cider vinegar with water. or lemon juice with water then honey.
then drink it. this is for cleansing.
after some time yogurt with banana. toasted bread dipped in olive oil :D or nutella
and omelette with potatoes and carrots!!! i like my omelette with bell pepper. sarap :D
masarap magsmoothies rin sa umaga. spinach-apple-carrot juice for example. super healthy pa. blender lang! :D

my sis prepared baked eggs nung weekend for breakfast. she sauteed onions, button mushrooms, and some ham in a pan, then put them in a baking dish. then she broke around 6 pieces of eggs on top of the sauteed mixture; topped the egg with cheese. baked the whole lot until nag-set na yung eggs. sarap!!! ate this with rice, pero yummy din with toasted bread :)

you can also prepare homemade tapa, tocino, longganiza (chicken or pork)... or daing/relleno/tinapang bangus beforehand for breakfast. homemade apple bread or banana bread with peanut butter is great din for an instant boost sa mornings ;)

nakakagutom ito, kahit hapon na parang gusto ko mag breakfast. Thanks a lot sis dami ko natutunan, guilty din kase ako sa mga processed and canned goods. sometimes i make my own tapa pero mas masarap yung sa supermarket. i promise to lessen if not completely eliminate yung mga processed foods. what we usually have are silogs with processed or canned meat. fave ng son ko yung century tuna, kahit yun na lang daw everyday eh hindi naman pwede ganun. i'll try to wake up much earlier than i used to para makapag prepare ng magandang meal, sa kasambahay ko lang kase inaasa yung pagluluto ng breakfast and limited lang alam kaya puro nga processed and canned.

Spinach dip on toast! :)

its a healthy snack/breackfast! just add parmesan cheese on top!

spinach dip is just cream cheese or sour cream, chopped up spinach, finely chopped up onions (sauteed).
you can make this whenever wala kang magawa and freeze it. bring it out to ref a couple of days before you want to eat it kasi it will last lang a couple days. Spread it on bread, add cheese then toast lightly!

I make them in normal batches and freeze them in small containers para i only defrost what will be used.

our breakfast today, and baon ng nieces ko - homemade chicken burger patties. my sister's helpers mixed the ingredients (ground chicken, grated carrots, corn kernels, chopped onions, chopped garlic, light soy sauce, salt & pepper) last night, and formed into patties. tapos kaninang early morning na ni-fry. masarap yung patties - very filling, and no preservatives pa unlike if chicken nuggets (or canned meat) na naman ang breakfast ;)

^i want to try the tuna patties naman next ;) and next time, baka we'll try the chicken patties naman with diced potatoes, parang halos hash browns na ang result. potatoes are nice as extenders kasi.
