got this from Yummy-To-Go:

put some drained fruit cocktail in a glass, then put some cottage cheese.  then top with cereal of your choice. (in my case, i put in fitnesse with fruit).

i paired this with pineapple juice with C-Lium   :D

try some oatmeal porridge with banana :)

cook 1 cup oatmeal with 2&1/2 cups milk, add a pinch of salt, brown sugar (depends how sweet you want it) and mashed bananas or other fruits... yummm...... healthy, i eat it almost every breakfast  ::)

breakfast for us is fast break. meaning anything that requires less or no cooking time.
family favorites are scrambled or fried eggs, boxed cereals, oatmeal, and pan de sal. if we have any leftover rice from the previous night, we use that to make sinangag. and reheat leftovers na din kung meron man.

I make my own crepe. You can use  hotcake mix, labnawan lang amg timpla . Spread it thinly sa non stick pan. You can use mango, strawberry  or peaches as filling with whip cream or Nestle cream (with condensed milk) .

If I am in a hurry ,oatmeal and fruits or toasted bread with butter and jam or butter and garlic powder.

I also rarely  buy canned goods or processed meat.

Home made pizza . Use left over spaghetti sauce ,but first spread some mayo sa crust , mas masarap ( you can substitute pizza crust with sliced pan de sal or bread . But I prefer pita bread .  Top with pineapple tid bits, sliced bell pepper , mushroom , quick melt cheese and put inside the ove for few minutes.
Kahit walang oven, you can heat your pizza  using your ordinary frying pan . Painitin nyo lang without oil ang pan ,  takpan para mabilis uminit ang pan. Ilagay ang pizza sa pan with those toppings . Dapat wag takpan kapag iniinit na ,otherwise yung moisture babagsak sa pizza and it will be soggy.
