I always have eggs for breakfast. I researched about the health benefits of eggs that's why I make sure I include it in our breakfast meal.

This is what I usually have:

Omelette / scrambled eggs / sunny side up with salt and pepper / hard boiled / poached / egg sandwich

Fresh strawberries / banana / freash blueberries smoothie (with protein powder)

Granola

Grits

Chicken salad

Fresh fruits

pag weekdays dahil may pasok muffins and poached eggs lang. yung muffins ginagawa ko sa gabi pag naubusan. hindi ito yung mga ready-made. yung poached eggs madali lang kasi nakabili kami ng microwavable egg poacher. minsan oatmeal or cereal pag nagmamadali

pag weekends pancakes with strawberries and banana, scrambled egg whites and turkey bacon.

Just now, I had a cup of coffee, a cup of tea, a glass of ginger/lemon juice.

Then, I made some oatmeal pancakes. Eto recipe (2 servings)
1/4 cup quick cooking oats
1 egg (use just the whites)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
cinammon to taste
salt half a pinch

Microwave quick cooking oats, cook until dry. Let cool, add all dry ingredients. Stir in egg whites until smooth. Prepare pan, spritz some oil. Cook like regular pancakes.

I put some butter or nutella. I'm good till lunch.

try cereals. we alternate it on days na nag-bread or rice kami for breakfast.

we eat corn flakes with fresh milk tapos lagyan ng fresh fruits like strawberries. I sometimes put raisins rin :)

Magluto ka ng boneless chicken tapos gawin mo itong parang sisig lagyan mo ng sibuyas at bawang na may spinach. Kung gusto mong may lasa ikaw na bahala kung asin or any other seasonings.
