growing old alone - because you'll suddenly feel so helpless and powerless. Wala ka nang paghuhugutan ng lakas. Beyond that, the physical aspects doesn't matter if you have someone to hold on to.

I don't like it when people ask me if I'm already married. Do I really look the part? I'm fit and as far as I'm concerned I still don't have wrinkles.

not seeing my grandchildren
still working for a living
getting wrinkly hands and neck (may botox naman so kahit papano carry pa ng face, hehe)

i'm scared of health problems that would make me helpless and be dependent on the help of other people to do simple daily activities

for me. When I cannot express my needs in any way, that scares me.
