hi mga sis, I recently applied for a postpaid plan. Ang sabe sa akun ng rep nila, ang proof of income can be any of the following:
- Credit Card with at least 40k
- Bank Statement with at least 70k
- COE with at least 300k annual income
- ITR with at least 300k per annum in basic salary (they dont include bonuses, kasi db may column sa ITR na basic salary, then another for bonuses)

These are for plans 999 -2500

Ask ko lang from Globe users or non-Smart users before na lumipat to Smart,
Which network is faster in terms of data connection - SMART is boasting about their LTE network pero I think naka-4G LTE rin yung Globe. I'm planning to get the iPhone 5 kasi and aside from its screensize which is a minimal improvement from its predecessor iPhone 4S, siguro sa data connection sila magka-talo.

Sabi rin kasi ng mga officemates ko naka-Globe, mabilis daw sa kanila pero not that fast considering LTE sila and bihira lang maka-kuha ng signal. ( makati area )

Unfortunately, wala akong officemate na naka-SMART data conn.

Im a smart postpaid user here, formerly globe postpaid subscriber.smart has consistently faster data connection than globe, at least in makati area.

Example, in our office (hv dela costa st) I can download a 1.3gb torrent file (movie) from my celfone in 30 minutes.

When I was with globe, super duper bagal gprs lang ang nsasagap lagi.

i just saw my smart bro bill kanina and nakasulat pre-qualified for the promo daw alcatel tablet+phone for plan 600 sa sun. kaso i have an ipad na kaya not sure if i'll get this. may nag avail na ba nito?

^globe offers an early retention scheme but you'll pay pre-term charges. Maganda lang sila magexplain and magbenta na hindi mo na-ge-gets that you're paying pre term charges.

I used to be a globe subscriber and switched to smart late last year. Mas mabilis talaga data service ng smart compared to globe.

Ang mahirap lang sa smart yung payment channel nila. I want to pay using credit card and konti lang smart wireless stores na within our area.

sis jhez, when ka nagsubmit ng celfone post-paid application? si hubby naman nagapply ng iphone 4s nung nagkaron ng caravan sa office nila yung Smart. mas prefer kasi ni hubby ang Smart. what number kaya yung pwedeng magfollow-up ng celfone post pid application?

SmartBro subscriber na din kami since 2008. so far excellent yung service nila. Pasig area kami. yung monthly namin from P999 (with canopy) to P800 na lang. retention program kasi yan that was offered by Smart kasi more than 2 years na kami with them.

Ay sis di ko na matandaan parang end of january s mismong store. I presented competitor's bill with plan 2500 and drivr's license. The same day approved daw pero wala unit avail. Wala pa rin tawag kung pede ko na makuha phone eh...

Can anyone help me figure out the best postpaid plan? I can't get thru Smart's website and hindi pa ako nakakausap ng Customer Service.

Anyhow, my needs are the following lang naman: about 2,000 texts monthly to other networks, unlimited calls to all networks, and minimal internet browsing. I mostly just use the net to check my emails, post to social networks. Hindi ako nagdadownload masyado. Ano kaya pinaka ok na postpaid plan? I use iphone 5 also with existing Globe plan.

all i can say is ok ang data plan nila, mabilis! i got my data plan 2000 last march and s3.  mas gusto ko yung bilis nila kaysa sa globe.

^ako po. i got a call last week na avail na yung unit ko but i cancelled my application na lang since naunang na-release yung unit ko from globe.
