how do you turn off your roaming?nakalimutan ko na kase nung iturn on ko cia,how,when and where do you turn it off?and how much kailangan na load to turn it off im using a prepaid sim..smart po ang roaming ko..thanks!

I'm not sure if it' too late to reply. type ROAM OFF and send it to 333. you turn it off if you're in the philippines na, and you can do it anytime. i've rang the customer service and they said you need to have at least P100.

help naman ano ang gagawin ko with my phone minsan may pumapasok na mga virus hindi ko naman kilala ang mga sender tapos minsan kahit hindi ko naman ginagalaw ko phone ko meron ng sent items na may virus content din nag start to ng mag intetnet ako using my smart3g.

don't switch on the bluetooth kung hindi naman kailangan and visit mo lang [textspeak!] mga registered sites. Kung infected na ng virus phone mo pa-reformat mo na at the service center

does anyone know kung ano yung tinetext na wp 375 tapos sinesend sa 290... may nagtext kasi sa akin, di naman sinabi what it is.  di rin alam ng smart kung ano sya.

you can visit any smart wireless center dapat alam mo lang [textspeak!] smart money number ng papadalahan mo.

actually,pede din sa BDO ka mag load sa smartmoney o kaya naman if ever may smart cell ka, mag mobile banking ka nalang from your phone to smartmoney mu.

mga sis ask ko lang kung pwede ba tawagan ang smart subscriber na nakaroaming? hindi ko [textspeak!] matawagan bf ko puro text lang pwede..ganun ba talga yun?

I'm a postpaid subscriber for Smart for more than 5 years na and so far wala akong problem with them.. Ok pa yun mga free phones na kasama with the retention plan.. If I forget to pay my bill on time, pinapadalhan ako ng warning na I have to pay na or else ma cucut yun line ko but since before pa di pa naman ako napuputulan ever.. I also like their rates for using WAP.. Smart talaga mas gusto ko pag dating sa line.. Baka yun prepaid nila yun pangit yun services..

Sis, ok pa rin ba ang Smart postpaid, so far?

I'm planning to get a smart pospaid but I've read negative feedbacks in the Globe, Smart, Sun thread.  Now I'm having a hard time deciding where to apply: Smart or Globe.

I hope more sis will post positive feedbakc re: Smart postpaid...

kakastart ko lang a few days ago with my smart postpaid subscription, i hope i made the right decision of choosing smart this time. i've tried globe postpaid na din but that was wayback college time pa, then nagprepaid na lang ako. ang laki laki ng bills ko dati sa globe, but this time i'm sure malilimit ko na cellphone usage ko para di ganong malaki bill coz i'm the one paying for it na, dati si papa hehe.

kikay iska, actually, kase Smart din yung gamit na sim ng bf ko hehe. si papa and yung mga sis ko globe ang gamit, yung subscription ni papa twelve years na yata and he's satisfied with globe. i guess it depends on what will be more more reasonable depending on your circumstances. like sakin i got yung consumable na plan.

^ sis minsan late ang messages. nakakailang tawag na ko sa customer service, sobra. most of the time ang problem ko with smart roaming di narereceive ni bf mga messages ko. i was told kaylangan daw di bababa ng 100 ang balance ng roamer para di nagkakaprob sa pagreceive ng text messages.

It's only me who uses Globe prepaid among the family.  All of them are Smart postpaid/prepaid. They're comfortable with Smart so they are still Smart subscribers.  On the other hand, Globe works fine so far, with me and with bf. I might get a Smart hehe. ang labo ko. Well I'm still undecided.
