Big school diemma: Miriam Grade School or ICA Greenhills?

sister in law grad from ICA, and her daughter now studies there.  i do notice that it's 'normal' for them to have a higher standard of living.  a lot of 'patalbugan' and 'showing off' happening for both batches (am not trying to generalize the school).  also, recent happenings where students bully and teases the teacher (to the point that they made the teacher cry!) ...can't really send the majority to the discipline's office, right?
