Iloilo - Guimaras [Thread 2]

sis michi may blog post ka ba nung iloilo trip nyo? pm mo sa akin.

hindi ko pa tapos itinerary ng iloilo city tour namin. yung the ruins din commute lang?

wala pa sis, nasa bacolod pa lang nagagawa ko na post. click mo na lang signature ko, ruins yung nasa post. commute lang din. yung churches lang talaga napuntahan ko sa iloilo. san ka ba stay sa iloilo?

baka hindi na sis kami overnight in iloilo. baka 2 nights guimaras, then leave guimaras early sa day 3 para ma-explore iloilo. 8:30PM pa naman flight namin. or kung mag-overnight kami sa iloilo, sa highway21 or sarabia kami malamng mag-stay. dun kasi ako nagstay dati kapag may business travel ako. may marecommend ka pang iba?

^^ok lang kahit di na kayo stay iloilo kung late flight niyo. 7:30pm kami last mon, as usual delayed ulit flight due to air traffic. 4hrs lang yata kami nagtour sa churches kasama na na biyahe dun. so tumambay na lang kami sa robinsons pampalipas ng oras, dapat nood sana movie kaso hindi pwede anak ko sa "unofficially yours."

yan din pinagpilian ko na hotel kaso nung nakita ko one lourdes dormitel, mas mura so yun pinili ko.  yung place kasi accessible sa sakayan ng jeep, dun lang kami sa tapat nag-aabang and one ride lang lagi dun na kami sa destination namin. downside niya robinsons lang pinakamalapit na kainan.

diyan sa sarabia and highway 21, malapit yata sa kainan yan. MO2 suggestion ni hubby nun kasi dun siya stay pag business trip naman kaso sabi ko mahal dun. tutulugan lang.

if beach person ka sis, better stay at guimaras na lang kasi wala ka naman mapupuntahan na beach sa iloilo proper,
when we had our iloilo-guimaras 2 days din kami sa guimaras then 3rd day umalis na kami ng 8AM then diretso iloilo city tour na.

madali lang naman magcommute sa iloilo especially if iyong mga church lang talaga pupuntahan mo

hindi ko kasi nakita iyong la puerta al paraizo, pero ok naman sa raymen, i think weekend lang marami tao pero weekdays solo niyo iyong area, kasi when we first check it sunday noon, marami mga naliligo sa beach, but when we went back the next day monday, wala na guest, kami na lang iyong nandoon,

^Yup sis, I agree. Pag weekdays, solo yung beach resort. Pero pag weekends dami na ng tao.

Nagstay kami dati sa isang resort near Seafdec Guimaras. Luma na ang resort pero we got a room na may malaking balcony naka harap sa sea and we would get served our breakfast there. Breathtaking ang view! Makikita din yung sunset. And a short walk may cave where we go snorkeling. Maliit lang din ang resort so more on privacy. And they also have a cliff for jumping/diving para sa mas adventurous. That was one of the best vacations. Sobrang nakapag relax and hindi crowded. If anyone's interested I can ask my friend the name of the resort.

Kung maganda lang sana ang facilities feeling queen nako dun. Haha! Pero if given the chance I'd go back.

^Villa Igang, sis. I tried googling, may mga reviews naman and lots of pictures. Some also provide the contact details. I highly suggest that you get the room with the balcony - that's what made it extra special for us. It's not bulked together unlike the rest of the rooms. Then have your meals served there. Kami, we bought fresh fish and other stuff from the wet market and staff na ang nagluluto. We were just charged for the cooking and preparation. I suggest you also bring your own drinks. (Alcohol ) Walang San Miguel man lang, Gold Eagle Beer lang, I think. Haha!

Most reviews provide contact details, so pre-arrange na din. If you decide to stay there, I really hope you have a wonderful experience!

Sis, I recommend, La Puerta Al Paraizo. Sobrang nice ng place and parang kayo may-ari ng beach dahil hindi crowded.
