Caution lang if you're going to hire Kuya Mai, wag pa din kayo masyado magtrust kahit trusted siya dito sa GT.

Tinawagan ko si Kuya Mai last week and I asked how much hatid at sundo from port to La Puerta plus daan sa bilihan ng mango and Trappist, madam siya mga sinasabi pero sabi ko, yun lang mga madadaanan talaga at ok lang sakin. He then gave me a rate of 1200 (2 pax).

1100 daw ang hatid at sundo from Port to La Puerta then Port ulit.

Kaya hinatid nila kami kanina sa Port (free of charge). Pupunta din kasi sila sa bayan.

Very relaxing sa La Puerta. Malaki at malinis yung cr. Medyo limited ang food choices.  May ilang kilometers na rough road, kung naka-tric kayo, sobrang alog niya talaga so be ready lang :)

Hi! No need to hire a boat to La Puerta. Costa Aguada yung separate island.  =)

question pala sisters

our flight time  from Manila to Iloilo is 1:30 to 2:45 pm... are there restos just outside the airport ba so we can have some snacks before travelling to ortiz wharf (because we're going to guimaras first). I am trying to avoid having to go to SM kasi sana kasi we'd have our bags and baka doble-doble pa yung taxi expense namin (I have no idea if the airport and SM are far or near each other).

We have kids kasi that would require constant feeding.

Thanks.

^wala ko napansin na kainan sa labas ng iloilo airport pero malayo talaga yung airport, 30 to 40 minutes travel time kung punta ka ng ortiz wharf. 30 minutes kasi travel time ko from one lourdes dormitel to iloilo airport.

@delisyus there are shuttle vans outside Iloilo airport, straight to SM, around 50-60 each. From SM, the port going to Guimaras is near.  One jeepney ride lang, 'city proper'.

hmmm...ang alam ko merong kainan sa iloilo airport. kumain kase kame dun dati. pero sa taas yun sa departure area. but i think pwede naman kayo umakyat pa rin kase may isang resto din dun bago ka pumasok sa boarding eh. malayo ang SM Iloilo from airport

there are snack bars at the pre-departure area. but at the arrival area, none. but there are coffee shops at the lobby, coffee break and bayani's.  :)
