Any J-music (j-rcok or j-pop) fans here?

[hopeless]

If people haven't heard yet, Akanishi Jin of KAT-TUN went on an indefinite hiatus to study linguistics last October. At the press conference, it was said that it might be more or less 6 months depending on his lessons. But fangirls are quite nifty so after a few weeks, there's already a shot of Jin in a pikachu costume at a Halloween party in the country where he's staying at.

j-artists na kinarir/kinakarir ko i have at least 1 orig cd(Japan or overseas ver) ..... Utada Hikaru, Laruku, Porno Graffitti, B'z, Ajikan, Remioromen, Every Little Thing, Do As Infinity, Maaya Sakamoto, Otsuka Ai, Arashi and NEWS. gustuhin ko mang magawa din yan sa ibang artists.. hindi ko kaya, magiging pulubi na talaga ako.. for real.

i do listen to other artists like Mr. Children, Bump of Chicken, Janne da arc, Ellegarden, Acid Android, Dreams Come True, Ayaka(her album, first message is awesome!),  Mikuni Shimokawa, Van Tomiko, Rei Fu, Hitomi Shimatani(my bro plays her song everyday, nasanay nako. some of her songs are ok.), Orange Range, Ketsumeshi, etc.. haha, basta trip ko yung song, ok na yun

among JE groups, Arashi ang no.1 ko, next is NEWS, and that's it. i dont listen to other groups but i do watch some of their shows, doramas and/or movies. at aliw panoorin ang Shonen Club. hehe, future idols.. i wub Yuta and Shoon bilisan nyong lumaki LOL

^ hehe! agree ako dyan sa videos nya. i got into hirai ken because of my teacher who adores him so much. e si sensei, talagang ginagaya ang style ni ken. pasalamat sya at matangkad at payat din sya so carry naman nya. sa kanya lang ako nanghihiram ng mga hirai ken cds and videos e.

pinakaunang hirai ken song na natutunan ko ay 'ooki na furudokei'. we had to learn that in class. ngayon, tuwing may karaoke night, di pwedeng hindi kantahin!! pero favorite ken song ko talaga yung 'miagete goran' na virtual duet nya kay sakamoto. very touching

i studied in japan too for a year sa chuo university, tokyo. i guess like most, i got a scholarship din. before nun mahilig na talaga ako sa anything japanese. swerte ko lang at nakarating din ako japan.

wala naman ako masabi sa music industry sa japan. ang lakas bumenta! may singles na nga sila, pag labas pa ng full album, marami pa rin ang bumibili (siguro kasi may mga pambili hehe). tapos ginagamit din kasi sa mga drama kaya may recall.

hindi man sila tulad ng american/euro na uber popular, meron pa ring small but very tight fan bases ang mga japanese music artists sa kahit anong parte ng mundo. wow!

Hey there! Anyway yeah, I am not really a big fan of Gackt but I like his song entitled Redemption, the ending theme for the FF7:Dirge of Cerberus game at PS2 and also his song Tsuki no Uta, the ending theme for the anime Texnolize. But I am a hard-core fan of X Japan. Haha! Have you heard of them?

Whoa! At long last, someone who's familiar with X japan! Well, sadly, there are some who are not familiar with the legend. I just wish that they have not disbanded yet and perform here in the phili. Argh..Visual kei? What's that?? Sorry, not familiar. /swt Haha...Anyway, I bought an album of X japan's fans best collection rcently and loaded them up in my Mp3 and since then, everyday is X japan day! Haha!

Anyway, I have nothing against Gackt because I also recognize his songs but some really do say his gay but as you mentioned I don't care. I am happy listening to his songs.
