Adobe Photoshop Tutorials and Resources

oo nga nakakaaddict at nakakaaliw...tried doing yung mga tips sa tutorial.. it helps a lot... bought a book sa datablitz sa sm north carpark illustrative book ng cs,,, it helps.. kasi wala talaga akong alam sa photoshop... ngayon i can say medyo nakakagawa na din ng hehe

if you want to draw, mas maganda ang Photoshop 7 or Photoshop CS2... but I use the first one

bernicehb - if manga ang gusto mo or any anime, I recommend CG Illust or better Manga 3.0

Pero kung portraits lang, photoshop will do. I use the pen tool (combine with smudge, dodge, burn tool) most of the time. So far wala naman akong nagiging problem

i am... mostly, trial and error lang ako natuto. download ka mga brushes dami [textspeak!] free.. search ka lang para mas madami ka choices mas nakakaenjoy. hehe...

Sorry ha, hindi ko pa rin naeexplore yung Photoshop ko.  Hindi ko rin nabubuksan yung mga tutorial sites sa dami nila.  Ano pa ba pwede kong gawin sa pictures using Photoshop? Sana pwede mag post na dito nung procedure para hindi na kelangan mag-open ng new window for the tutorial site.

^ sis pag animation, you have to use flash na or the adobe equivalent, after effects i recommend after effects kasi pwede syang magimport ng psd (photoshop project) file, hence, the quality does not suffer since you don't interchange formats

Animation PS Image Ready

step 1. open up the photos you want to create a sequence of

step 2. click on the first picture that is going to be in your sequence. mine is going to be DSC_0354. This picture is going to be considered your ORIGINAL. that means that it is the base frame.

step 3. click on the second picture of your sequence. in my example it is going to be DSC_0355. as you can see it is the current picture in the Animation tool bar.

step 4. click on the arrow pointing right. it is located right under the CLOSE X of the Animation tool bar (can be found in the window menu) now select COPY FRAME.

step 5. now go back to the ORIGINAL photo DSC_0354 and again click the arrow pointing right under the CLOSE X and select PASTE FRAME and paste the frame AFTER selection.

step 6. now just repeat steps 3-5 for the remaining photos you want in your sequence.

step 7. to save this sequence as a GIF, you are going to need to change the optimize window to say GIF as shown in this figure.

step 8. now pull down the FILE from the main toolbar and select SAVE OPTIMIZED AS...

step 9. now you will get this window. you will want to pull down the SAVE AS TYPE... Images Only (*.GIF)

and there you go, a sequence

^^^hi, what version are you using? kasi, i'm using 6.0 here sa office. i can't seem to find the animation tool. hindi naman gumagana ang F1 nito.. would you know on what versions is this effect available?

sis i'm using PS CS 8.0... hindi ko alam kung mga anong version eto gumagana... pero sakin ok naman...

one thing pa na i like doing with photoshop is retouching pics of people with bad skin, gusto ko kasi maachieve yung parang magazine pictures na mukang flawless mga tao!!
