what do you like about GT Forum?

i like GT because there's a lot of subtopics and it's for us girls. it's also well-moderated.     when i report something to the mods, they act on it right away. 

what i don't like is the rivalry.  a simple comment leads to an argument. (example: Movies/TV threads and Celebrity forums - the GMA vs. ABS-CBN)

i'll start..

anything under the sun.. pwedeng pag-usapan..

workplace thread, jobseekers thread,cooking. i'm new here. meaning now lang ako nakapagpo post (na a access ko kasi ito sa office, unlike he other one (pex), although gusto ko rin yung site na yun.

bago ko lang nalaman itong GTforum, and ang dami kong nalaman from techies and gadgets to good moisturizers, etc. very informative and entertaining forum

benchmarking.  you get to know other people's views on specific products you're interested in para you get to make sure that every peso's worth the buy!

very very informative about anything and everything under the sun.  minsan nagugulat ako kasi every littlest things makikita mo dito.


drawback lang is:  kakainis yung ibang members, mahaba pa yung kwentuhan about off-topics kesa sa na-share nila na info.  humahaba tuloy minsan yung thread  kasi mas marami pang side comments and nonesense kesa sa title ng thread.  narerelate ko minsan yung tinatamad na magback-read kasi nga mas madami pa yung mga unnecessary posts but then, i still practice backreading!

i find GT interesting and informative. everything you want to know, mron dito. kahit ano status in life, talagang makakarelate dito sa GT..

It's informative, you get to share points of views with others on so many topics, people here are friendly and respectful.

Oh, and one other thing I love? Textspeak is discouraged! That makes GT so much easier to read!

Okay ang mga GirlTalkers, madaming topics na pwedeng pag-usapan, maraming matututunan...AND maayos. Hindi tulad sa ibang forum.

i like gt because of the vast information available. especially users' comments and experiences about certain products in the market. maganda din in sharing POVs on different issues.

^ I agree. I learned a lot from here kaya I'm still here after around 7 years hehe... kasi I started here at GT late 2000 or early 2001 pa yata...yung luma pa ang GT. Then I remembered na 2003 ay nagkaroon ulit ng new registration.

Sa GT ako natuto about married life, giving birth, parenting, and earning online. GT made me informed and grounded on many things kahit na I opted to stay here at home.

Grabe, hindi ko alam kung ano ako ngayon kung hindi ko nalaman ang GT. Kaya may sentimental value sa akin ito and I will stay here kahit na ibang-iba na ang GT
