I have no feedback about Song of the Islands.  Seems like an interesting way to celebrate.

Have you already checked the bars around Quezon City and Ortigas, namely the ones in Eastwood, Metro Walk, and Morato?  How about Bagaberde in Pasig and Route 196 in Katipunan Avenue (near Blue Ridge)

I had a Pink Pool Party last year in a resort in Las Pinas. I think I paid 5K. Im not so sure na about the figure. The place is nice but overnight stay isn't allowed. There are two resorts in that street in BF Resort. Constantine Place yung isa. =)

Has anyone tried holding a party in palladium? feedbacks and comments please like how does the rate go? good for how many hours?

my friends and i are thinking of a pool party. good for about 60 people. can anyone suggest a place in the central or south area? my concern with the other venues suggested here is that the rates are only good for 3 hours. Parang medyo short ang 3 hours if we'll be having drinking sessions..

sisses, sorry ang dami kong posts. i'm just so hyped up with this planning thingie. anyway, i remember when i was in college, burgundy and torre lorenzo in vito cruz has rates for the rental of their pool for pool parties. may idea ba kayo about this? if not, would u know of a condo na pinaparent yung pool nila for a pool party?

The roofdeck of Malayan Plaza (in front of Podium mall in Ortigas).  It also has a pool and lounge.

The rent daw is 6.5k for 3 hours.

You can bring in any caterer.

Me and hubby ate at Dencio's in Capitol Hills QC last night. Maganda yung place, malaki. Kung mga 30 or so, pwede siguro. Mukhang may venue ang Dencio's na al fresco style. Hindi kasi namin masyado nakita kasi walang event kaya nakapatay ang mga ilaw dun sa place. Overlooking somewhere yung Dencio's (not sure kasi kung saan). Para ka na ring nasa Padi's Antipolo pero sa QC nga lang.  If I'm not mistaken, the place is managed by Ayala. Capitol Hills Green City ata ang tawag or something like that. Nasa 3F ang Dencio's. Sa baba may Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Santi's, Carlo's Pizza, & Pancake House.

Great eastern hotel if budgeted sis... mura talaga dito.
food is just ok.
ang down side, dami corkage fees plus very short time given for setup. parang fast food na 1hour interval for every event. so mahirap sa part ng decorator to setup any balloons to make the venue lively...

or if u want to consider restos, try shangrila resto. at least dito masarap ang food kahit papano...  hindi nga lang hotel...
