national:  is the perfect place to buy school books, school and office supplies are a reasonable price.

  I like the ambiance in Powerbooks... I also like their customer service... No need to manually look around for hard to find books... On the other hand, there are books that costs less in National, so I go there too

National Bookstore is more crowded. Mas masarap ang feeling pag nasa powerbooks.  Hindi ba same owner lang ang National and Powerbooks?

Powerbooks for me.  Mas ok mag-browse for books.  Some National Bookstore branches are just too cramped and crowded.

I'm currently loving Powerbooks right now because they have a huge collections of hard to find books. You can even order the ones they don't have. Sa National Bookstore kasi crowded na masyado, tapos hindi lang books yung tinitinda so magulo talaga unlike sa Powerbooks, books talaga lang with a limited selections of notebooks, pens, etc... Uber friendly pa yung sa Customer Service ng Powerbooks, they really help you like one time, naghahanap ako ng book todo tulong sila to find it for me and out of stock pa yun that time so they got my number and called me na meron na daw silang stock and they reserved it for me. Experience ko kasi sa National, yung iba sa Customer Service nila suplada or hindi alam yung book na sinasabi mo tapos ituturo ka kung san san.
