I buy books from Powerbooks for my Powercard.

I buy office supplies and other stuff from National Bookstore. I don't have Laking National card yet.

i like them both for different reasons -

national - for the school and some crafts supplies
powerbooks - for the seats

in terms of book collections, i'm happy with either and comforted by the fact that they have the same owners. so kung wala sa nbs, malamang meron sa pbooks, or vice versa.

mas gusto kong bumili sa powerbooks..

kasi mas marami kang books na makikita dun..

kasi sa national bookstore, more of office supplies sila eh..

I prefer powerbooks. Organized yung books, and the staff... very accomodating! unlike the ones sa nbs.. antipatika halos lahat ng mga staff. And wider yung selection ng books and mas madali maghanap. Sa nbs masisira ulo ko maghanap ng books especially yung new titles coz they keep it sa customer service area, so pag hihiramin mo, nakakahiya parang obliged ka na bumili. That's what happened to me when I wanted the Inheritance book... buti nalang sale, and maganda yung book so I bought it na!
