i like browsing at powerbooks.The atmoshere there is much nicer compared to National...And to think that they're selling books at the same price i'd rather choose Powerbooks...

i also found out before na same owner nga lang ang National and Powerbooks (pati ata Fully Booked but i'm not so sure about that one). medyo pricey nga lang sa Powerbooks minsan pero ok lang. i still find Powerbooks complete than National and i also love their staff than NBS nga. i just have some not so nice experiences with NBS staff kasi. Powerbooks pa rin

the books are good and it's easier to find good ones there than in national bookstore where everything is in constant chaos! also, you can sign up for a powercard and get discounts!

i like powerbooks better than national bookstore kasi iba ang atmosphere dun. mas tahimik kapag nagbo-browse ka ng books unlike sa national bookstore feeling ko nasa palengke ako sa dami ng tao.

i prefer powerbooks than NBS kahit alam ko rin na pareho lang mga owners nito.

ang NBS kasi caters more to shopping for supplies for me eh. i'm not too fond of shopping for books at NBS kasi ilambeses na rin ako nabadtrip sa mga sales ladies na sasabihin sa yo na, "Miss....uhm...hanapin nyo na lang dun...sa may...ano."

NAMAN!!!!

pero sa powerbooks, mas feel ko ambiance at walang pakelamanan kahit forever kang nagbabasa dun at asikaso sila when you need to check out a certain title, mabilis ang coordination. wala pa akong negative experience sa branches nila whether makati or ortigas. i like it there. at dahil dyan, i never fail to leave the place with a book purchase nakaipit na sa kilikili ko. i love powerbooks!
