Hello mga sis!

Kwento ko lang...

Before, I attended the party of my friend. It was held in Astoria Plaza in Ortigas. One-Bedroom Suite sha... May kitchen, sala with tv and dining set... for short, it was a condotel or a serviced apartment.. nag dinner lang kame... siguro mga 25 kame dun including the birthday celebrant and her boy friend. wala naman pumigil samin... ang saya...

ngayon, since malapet na yung birthday ko, plan namen ni boyfriend ganun rin gawin namen... mag-check in kame tapos mag invite ng friends over for dinner tapos kame lang mag overnight...

here's my question, aside from Astoria, ano pa bang mga condotel or serviced apartments yung pwede kame mag-ganun? legal man or illegal ie patagong papasok yung guests or magbibigay lang sila ng lame reason...

Richmonde
Millenium Plaza
Garden Heights
BSA Mansion
Prince Plaza II (kaso not available na for the date we intend to go)

Pwede ba yung ganung scenario na sinabi ko sa mga hotels na ito? or if you have suggestions, please naman, post it here...

sis, yung One Mckinley Place condo sa the Fort ay for rent at 70k per month.
just across Embassy bar and walking distance to High Street and Market Market !
parang 5 star hotel sya. goodluck in searching.....sana makahanap ka bago dumating si hubby mo

hi sis, usually makati shang is much more expensive than that. per night we paid almost $200 U.S. dollars...you got a great deal if you only paid 5k/night.

^sis yan ang usual balikbayan rate ng shang. sayang di mo na-avail. well maybe because december rin kami nag-stay doon. baka lower ang rates nila pag holiday season.

^oic.. anyone know if eastwood is malapit to like the makati area? like rockwell and glorietta? meaning, if i take a taxi, how long will the ride take, etc?

saw many advertisements in the eastwood area for brand new condo rentals... is eastwood considered qc? or pasig? thanks! : )

Since Eastwood is in Libis Area, it is still in QC. It is relatively near Makati. You could pass by C-5 then enter Fort Bonifacio then McKinley then cross Edsa and enter Ayala Ave.

my aunt asked me to look for a place for rent, she'll be visiting manila from january to feb i think. she lives in denmark but frequently visits us here. this time may kasama siyang friend kaya gusto niya magrent ng sarili niyang place. sabi niya hanap daw ako ng apartment/townhouse/studio type na pwedeng irent for a month or two. kahit hindi airconditioned basta ok yung environment. budget is 10k-15k for a month. 1 or 2 lang sila na magstay dun. any recommendations?

what do you mean by that sis? iba ba ang price ng balikbayan at ng di balikbayan? how do you avail of cheaper accomodation? the last time na umuwe kame we paid P13,000 per night (junior suite) sa intercon makati.

i suggest kabayan hotel.
pang mga balikbayan talaga sya. cheap but clean at nice environment.
2 locations nila, pasay, caloocan cubao
at saka iba ibang klase ng room depende sa needs.
