hi I cooked Tuna fettucine last night and masarap po siya.  Ubos nga agad eh.

here's what I did:

Ingredients:

1 nestle all purpose cream
1/2 cup water
1 and 1/2 cans century tuna (Flakes in vegetable oil) - drained
1/2 bar cheddar cheese *I used Magnolia's Cheezy but you can use your preferred cheese like quickmelt, etc.* - grated
2 cloves or 2 butil of garlic - minced
1/4 bar butter

1 pack of San Remo Noodles 500 grams - I cooked only half of this

*Serves 5-6 people

1.  Melt butter in pan over low fire.  Once melted, wait 2 minutes and put the garlic.  Fry til the garlic is golden brown.  Add the tuna.  Fry for 5 minutes over low-medium fire.  Add the cream and the water and cheese.  Mix altogether and continue stirring for five-seven minutes (still over low fire) or til the cheese is all melted.

*If not salty enough, you can add more grated cheese or patis, depends on your choice.

2.  Cook Noodles separately.

3.  Put desired amount of sauce onto the noodles and serve.  You may add grated cheese on top.

Masarap siya, promise!  ubos nga agad eh, I'm cooking uli tonight.  Malakas ang demand, hehe.  Kayo na bahala mag-adjust ng quantity ng ingredients if you want to cook for more than 6 people.  I like this because it's not costly.  And very easy to do. :)

na try ko na sya masarap nga, kaya lang nakakasawa eh
siguro dahil sa weather tag-init kasi hehe..
tingin ko masarap sya kainin ng malamig eh ;D

i wanna try the recipe of thereason :)  my recipe kasi is cream of mushroom, evap and nestle cream.. i'm intrigue kung ano difference nila sa lasa :)  and i haven't tried putting tuna pa. chicken, bacon, ham, mushroom lang lagi ang nilalagay ko.. basta hindi nawawala si mushroom, pampadami ng sahog eh haha

6 years na itong recipe ni TheReason, galing naman. i'm cooking this for dinner tonight pero i'll use the spaghetti pasta and i'll add mushrooms, request ng kids. i'm sure patok na naman ito.
