hi I cooked Tuna fettucine last night and masarap po siya.  Ubos nga agad eh.

here's what I did:

Ingredients:

1 nestle all purpose cream
1/2 cup water
1 and 1/2 cans century tuna (Flakes in vegetable oil) - drained
1/2 bar cheddar cheese *I used Magnolia's Cheezy but you can use your preferred cheese like quickmelt, etc.* - grated
2 cloves or 2 butil of garlic - minced
1/4 bar butter

1 pack of San Remo Noodles 500 grams - I cooked only half of this

*Serves 5-6 people

1.  Melt butter in pan over low fire.  Once melted, wait 2 minutes and put the garlic.  Fry til the garlic is golden brown.  Add the tuna.  Fry for 5 minutes over low-medium fire.  Add the cream and the water and cheese.  Mix altogether and continue stirring for five-seven minutes (still over low fire) or til the cheese is all melted.

*If not salty enough, you can add more grated cheese or patis, depends on your choice.

2.  Cook Noodles separately.

3.  Put desired amount of sauce onto the noodles and serve.  You may add grated cheese on top.

Masarap siya, promise!  ubos nga agad eh, I'm cooking uli tonight.  Malakas ang demand, hehe.  Kayo na bahala mag-adjust ng quantity ng ingredients if you want to cook for more than 6 people.  I like this because it's not costly.  And very easy to do. :)

Tried it today :) Yummy ha. I added konti pepper lang and lotsa cheese...

para hindi nakakaumay, try putting a little of spaghetti sauce.
sometimes, instead of adding mushroom & quickmelt cheese, i added eggplant & parmessan cheese, mas masarap!

kapag gumamit ba ng mushroom soup hindi na gagamit ng all purpose cream? ano bang mas hindi nakakaumay, yung may mushroom soup or yung wala? I want to try this kasi.. daming feedback na masarap pero maisip ko pa lang na puro all purpose cream, parang nakakaumay nga... ???

Up ko lang tong recipe na to. I tried it tonight, pandagdag sa noche buena.

Then I used ham (cooked ham), instead na tuna. Allergic kasi sila.

Will cook this tomorrow ulit, 2nd batch naman daw. Para sa mga pinsan ko! :)

ok lang ba to put my version of tuna fettucine?

Gusto ko lang din ishare this recipe since everybody loves them.

500grams pasta
2cans century tuna in oil (drained)
2packs all purpose cream
1 bar of cheese (the kind that melts)
5cloves garlic
2 pcs small onions
1 chicken broth  cube
2 bell peppers (green and red)
salt and pepper to taste

Boil pasta, then drain.
saute garlic in a pan, add onions, then the tuna let fry for a while, add the bell peppers don't burn. add the cream, then the broth cubes. when the cream is hot enough add the cheese, mix until the cheese melts.
pour over pasta.

i'll try this later para kay bf. :) ask ko mga sis, yung nestle cream ba na nasa can eh iba sa nestle all purpose cream na nasa box? kasi walang "all purpose" na nakalagy dun sa can eh. so im confused, saka po pala, okay lang ba if ang gamitin kong pasta yung parang sa baked macaroni pero mas malaki naman dun ng konti? di ko alam tawag eh. hehe.. ano po mas okay?
