I just want to share my recipe of Tuna Fettucine...

2 Big cans of Century Tuna in vegetable oil
2 pouch of Knorr Cream of Mushroom
2 big cans of carnation evaporated milk
5 cups water
chopped garlic and onions
1 big can of Sliced Mushroom
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dried Basil Leaves

Saute garlic and onions in Olive oil or butter until brownish color
Add the Tuna flakes and saute for 2-3 minutes
Mix the Cream of Mushroom, water and evaporated milk and simmer while stirring it continously until it thickens
Add the mushroom, dried basil
Add Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Topped with parmesan cheese

Serve hot.

hi I cooked Tuna fettucine last night and masarap po siya.  Ubos nga agad eh.

here's what I did:

Ingredients:

1 nestle all purpose cream
1/2 cup water
1 and 1/2 cans century tuna (Flakes in vegetable oil) - drained
1/2 bar cheddar cheese *I used Magnolia's Cheezy but you can use your preferred cheese like quickmelt, etc.* - grated
2 cloves or 2 butil of garlic - minced
1/4 bar butter

1 pack of San Remo Noodles 500 grams - I cooked only half of this

*Serves 5-6 people

1.  Melt butter in pan over low fire.  Once melted, wait 2 minutes and put the garlic.  Fry til the garlic is golden brown.  Add the tuna.  Fry for 5 minutes over low-medium fire.  Add the cream and the water and cheese.  Mix altogether and continue stirring for five-seven minutes (still over low fire) or til the cheese is all melted.

*If not salty enough, you can add more grated cheese or patis, depends on your choice.

2.  Cook Noodles separately.

3.  Put desired amount of sauce onto the noodles and serve.  You may add grated cheese on top.

Masarap siya, promise!  ubos nga agad eh, I'm cooking uli tonight.  Malakas ang demand, hehe.  Kayo na bahala mag-adjust ng quantity ng ingredients if you want to cook for more than 6 people.  I like this because it's not costly.  And very easy to do. :)

Question lang, when you mean 1/4 bar of butter, is this 1/4 of the big bar (ka-size ng cheese) of 1/4 nung small bar (8 oz. ata yung ganun)?

my bf and i don't like tuna that much... lalo na siya, he prefers meat kaya i substitute ham for tuna tapos i add cream of mushroom soup and more mushrooms tapos yun masaya na kami :) it's still not that expensive, pero masarap pa rin :)

oops! sorry for the late reply d ko nacheck earlier :) basically pareho [textspeak!].. 1/4 bar ng butter, saute garlic and onion tapos pg brownish na, add the ham (we prefer the cdo sweet ham) tapos bacon kung di kami masyado nagtitipid :) and 1 cube pork broth (or you can simply use salt) add the nestle cream, mushrooms and campbell's mushroom soup (condensed) and cheese (pag nagtitipid, quick melt lang pero masarap if you experiment with different types of cheese.. we put mozzarella sometimes para it's like pizza) this mixture is a little thick for me so i add water :) yun na tapos i mix it with noodles ( [textspeak!] spiral na iba-iba kulay [textspeak!] ginagamit ko para mas attractive :) di ko lam tawag eh) when i eat it, i put parmesan and pepper before i microwave :) ayaw kasi ng ibang tao ng peppery and cheesy masyado eh :)
