hi I cooked Tuna fettucine last night and masarap po siya.  Ubos ng agad eh.

here's what I did:

Ingredients:

1 nestle all purpose cream
1/2 cup water
1 and 1/2 cans century tuna (Flakes in vegetable oil) - drained
1/2 bar cheddar cheese *I used Magnolia's Cheezy* - grated
2 gloves of garlic - minced
1/4 bar butter

1 pack of San Remo Noodles 500 grams - I cooked only half of this

*Serves 5-6 people

1.  Melt butter in pan over low fire.  Once melted, wait 2 minutes and put the garlic.  Fry til the garlic is golden brown.  Add the tuna.  Fry for 5 minutes over low-medium fire.  Add the cream and the water and cheese.  Mix altogether and continue stirring for five-seven minutes (still over low fire) or til the cheese is all melted.

*If not salty enough, you can add more grated cheese or patis, depends on your choice.

2.  Cook Noodles separately.

3.  Put desired amount of sauce onto the noodles and serve.  You may add grated cheese on top.

Masarap siya, promise!  ubos nga agad eh, I'm cooking uli tonight.  Malakas ang demand, hehe.  Kayo na bahala mag-adjust ng quantity ng ingredients if you want to cook for more than 6 people.  I like this because it's not costly.  And very easy to do. :)

Hi siz,

I tried this. Grabe ang sarap. Hindi nakakasawa. It tastes exactly the same as the The World Chicken.
The Best talaga.  :D

I made one last sunday. Sarap. It did not have a fishy taste unlike some I have tasted. I got some recipes here and added a few other things.

1 pack Angel Hair
1 pouch Nestle all purpose cream
1/2 bar of Cheddar Cheese
1 small tin can of Carnation evap milk
pepper and salt to taste
white onions sliced
mushrooms sliced
1/4 bar of butter

Melt the butter. Once melted, saute onions. Once it smells nice, add mushrooms. Then add evap milk. Mix well then add all purpose cream. Add half cup water. Then add the cheese. Once melted, you can turn it off.

The only problem i had with the water is it made it a bit watery. But it wasn't nakakasuya. ok narin :0

^I always cook this! Madali kasi sya iprepare saka masarap pa.  Pero I add green peas para mas mukhang appetizing.  Minsan I also add fresh basil leaves and tomatoes, depende sa mood. ;)
