hi I cooked Tuna fettucine last night and masarap po siya.  Ubos nga agad eh.

here's what I did:

Ingredients:

1 nestle all purpose cream
1/2 cup water
1 and 1/2 cans century tuna (Flakes in vegetable oil) - drained
1/2 bar cheddar cheese *I used Magnolia's Cheezy but you can use your preferred cheese like quickmelt, etc.* - grated
2 cloves or 2 butil of garlic - minced
1/4 bar butter

1 pack of San Remo Noodles 500 grams - I cooked only half of this

*Serves 5-6 people

1.  Melt butter in pan over low fire.  Once melted, wait 2 minutes and put the garlic.  Fry til the garlic is golden brown.  Add the tuna.  Fry for 5 minutes over low-medium fire.  Add the cream and the water and cheese.  Mix altogether and continue stirring for five-seven minutes (still over low fire) or til the cheese is all melted.

*If not salty enough, you can add more grated cheese or patis, depends on your choice.

2.  Cook Noodles separately.

3.  Put desired amount of sauce onto the noodles and serve.  You may add grated cheese on top.

Masarap siya, promise!  ubos nga agad eh, I'm cooking uli tonight.  Malakas ang demand, hehe.  Kayo na bahala mag-adjust ng quantity ng ingredients if you want to cook for more than 6 people.  I like this because it's not costly.  And very easy to do. :)

masarap siya peeps, super easy pa gawin.  Yung sauce takes like 10-15 minutes tops to cook pag naprepare na lahat ng ingredients.   Puwede niyo pang damihan yung grated cheese if feel niyo.  I just made tuna fettucine for the second time hehe, dami kc nanghingi. Nasarapan masyado.  Gusto ko rin dito kc pag feeling ko mag-pasta, oks kc hindi siya magastos and easy to prepare. :)

I suggest using shallots instead of garlic. OR if you want the taste of garlic sweat the shallots before garlic for more flavor. Using your favorite canned tuna is also highly suggested so that it's suited for your taste.

Be not afraid to add your fave herbs and spices :) As what our chef told us, cooking is merely common sense. And its in the matter of being creative as well.

Onion. Observe it, the aroma is stronger for some weird reason if you saute the onion or shallots first before garlic.

Nope that's different. Shallots = sibuyas tagalog. The small ones.

thanks kittykate!  Very easy pa and cheap, right?

Peeps, try this rin.  If you're in the mood for pasta, this is by far the easiest, fastest and cheapest way.

I didn't use shallots/onions for this one, I'm not sure how it'd taste but it's up to you if you want to put shallots or just cook this w/o the shallots. :)

Hope you can all try this, puwede na ngang dinner ito for a family of 6.  Add fried or grilled chicken and another side dish na lang siguro para complete meal na siya .  :)
