I recently watched the complete Planet of the Apes trilogy (2011-2014-2017), and I'm truly amazed by how it might deserve a spot among the greatest trilogies in cinematic history. The CGI work in these films is, in my opinion, some of the finest in recent movie history, bringing the apes to life in a way that's truly awe-inspiring. The characters are undeniably badass, with Caesar's journey being a standout. It's quite surprising that these movies often don't make it to the forefront when discussing exceptional film series.
