My wife has this one friend who, every month or two, comes to our house and gets so drunk he can't drive and expects to spend the night at our place. Sometimes the drunkenness is combined with knocking stuff over, breaking stuff and puking on the floor. He also drools a ton so I have to wash any bedding or pillow he's used. We've known this guy 20+ years, we're all in our late 40's now. I was more ok with this behavior when we were in our 20's-30's but 3 years ago we moved to a different state and live 20 miles out of town. My husband's friend packed up and followed us 250 miles. Now the sleepovers have gotten more frequent and more drunken. My husband is also done with his friends drunken s*** and agrees he can't stay here anymore.
