Just-add-hot-water lunches

Hi, so I'm a high school teacher, and a couple times a week, I host the drama club in my classroom at lunch. It's a pretty big campus, and the staff lunchroom is busy, so it takes forever to get over there, use the bathroom, warm up my lunch, and carry it back to my classroom.

I don't have a microwave in my room, and I don't have the space for one. I do have an electric kettle, though. My solution so far has been to bring instant ramen, and other packaged, just-add- hot- water noodle products.

But honestly, I'm tired of it. What are some other good lunch options that just involve adding hot water?
