What is the best delivery of a single word by an actor in a movie

As the title suggests: what is the best delivery of a single word by an actor in a movie (and why is it so good)?

I watched Minority Report tonight. Despite having seen it about 10 times, Samantha Morton?s delivery of ?RUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNN!!? sends a shiver through me every single time I watch the movie.

I don?t really know why. I think the context is a big part of it - we go very quickly from a fairly sweet and subdued moment between Agatha, and John and Lara, to Agatha screaming at John to run. The jarring nature of this shift coupled with a killer delivery by a great actor (and a personal favourite of mine) is probably what sells it.

I?m curious if anyone else has any other examples of actors delivering a single word of dialogue in a memorable way (and what makes them memorable).

For clarification: the line of dialogue must be a single word long - I?m not referring to a memorable delivery of a single word in a longer line of dialogue.
