Women?s pants recommendations for hot humid weather?

I recently moved near the Gulf and am looking for pants that are lightweight and comfy. I need a long pair of pants that go past my ankles (I?m 5?9) for work. While all recommendations are welcomed, I am on a budget and would prefer not to spend more than $60 on a pair of pants. With that said, I am willing to get something more expensive if the quality is right!
