The guy was really active in the 80s-90s and he doesn't seem bat-s*** crazy as his brother Charlie Sheen.

but since the 2000s , looks mostly like tv movie or voice-acting in animation according to IMDB . I'm curious because i kinda forgot about him after his death scene in M:I in 97. Did he fall out of favor or just moved on with his life ( like Bridget Fonda for example )
