Wife too exhausted and frustrated for sex

My (M39) wife (F37) and I have 4 kids (7, 5, 2, 4mo) and most night seems like a battle to get all the kids settled down and in bed. After we?ve got them finally in bed she is all ways too exhausted and frustrated to have sex or so much of anything. We both help getting the kids down but it can be quite the process most nights. I?ve tried to give her a night off every couple weeks and schedule her a massage or something but she still is alway too tired to do anything. Any advice?
