To me, losing 3 kilos per week is not considered healthy. Health professionals agree that a healthy weight loss is about 1-2 pounds per week.

It?s great that you?re planning to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. A good weight loss meal plan should include plenty of protein and fiber. Protein- and fiber-rich foods help keep you fuller for longer, reducing cravings and helping you feel satisfied with smaller portions.

I think having a healthy diet and practicing is the best way to losing weight. Here are some healthy meal plans for weight loss that you can consider:
Brown rice, vegetables, fruits, clear soup and thin dal are easy to digest, and provide you the required nutrients. So, they are a great option in your quick weight loss diet plan. Eat 5-6 mini meals a day instead of two large meals.
Adopting a diet rich in whole foods and limiting processed foods is a good starting point.
Many foods are delicious, nutritious, and supportive of your goals to reach or maintain a healthier weight. These are mainly whole foods such as fish, lean meats, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, and legumes.
