Which early music scene were you in? Which do you wish you were?

I am a fan of music history so I look longingly to the early days of music scenes and transformations.

The top one I wish I could see (if I had a time machine) would be going back to the early 19teens in New Orleans to see Jazz really emerge https://showbox.bio/ https://vidmate.cool/ .

I'd also love to have seen the early Seattle bands in the late 80s, that would have been a fun scene. While I heard some of the music, I wasn't at the shows, etc.

Early Hip-Hop would have been great also.

The closest I came was OC/LA punk scene from 81-86ish. Lot's of fun.
