6 months ago, the director at my org updated our dress code to be business formal. This has a caused a dilemma for people like me, who previously skewed business casual because I live near my place of work and thus walk to work. It is only a 15/20 minute walk and I typically carry a backpack, so I can always keep extra shoes in my bag, but I am having some trouble with tops and bottoms because it is getting quite warm in my area and I once I get to work, my nice outfit is now sweaty and frumpy. I would bring extra clothes to change into like I do with my shoes, but I don't want them to be wrinkled from being in my backpack. I work with the development team at my org, and while 98% of the time I don't interact with people besides my teammates, when I do its with major donors or with the media.

Do you all have any suggestions for specific items or brands that make business-looking actvewear, or that use materials that are lighter weight/airy/moisture wicking/wrinkle resistant that with the right styling would be appropriate?
