Hi everyone, I?m 24 years old and 6 foot 3 and weigh around 80kg (176lb). Up until about the age of 21 I was always on the skinnier side however over the last few years I have noticed myself becoming less lean overall, a bit of a belly developing and feel that my face fat has also increased Speed Test https://vidmate.bid/ .

I?m trying to change my diet to fix this however I don?t know much about nutrition, I?m not trying to look like a Greek god or anything I just want to lose fat and increase muscle a bit to appear more lean while also improving my health. This week I have been trying to decrease fat and carbs and add more protein to my diet, my usual diet is terrible, a lot of processed foods, rarely a healthy meal and I snack a lot. The last week this is how a typical day has gone

Breakfast: protein porridge (semi skimmed milk added) some fruit and vitamins

Lunch: 2 fried eggs, 2 chicken breasts

Dinner: steak/mince, mixed vegetables

Snack: low fat and salt crackers

I have also been trying to drink 2/3 litres of water per day and have been lifting weights at home, doing an ab workout and going for runs, I was previously doing none of this. With this in mind would my new diet be enough to help me move closer to my goal of getting into better shape? Thanks
