I've been TTC since 2019. Got MS and underwent DC in May 2019. Sadly baby didn't develop to even have a heartbeat. October~January 2020 I had inter-menstrual bleeding. Kala ko nun AF was just late or early pero sometimes sobrang early naman cos within about 2 weeks I'd bleed again. Nakakafrustrate kasi [textspeak!] chance of conceiving parating nawawala because of that. My period was really weird that time. So nagpacheck ako sa OB ko. She did TVS and told me I have PCOS and that's it. Wala pa ako masyado idea about PCOS non kaya hindi rin ako nagging assertive to ask questions. She had me on Duphaston (Progesterone pill) every Day 16~25 ng cycle ko to regulate my cycle.

I changed my lifestyle. Di ko pinilit [textspeak!] mga type of exercise na nababasa ko na best for PCOS. I just tried to move and be active and sweat out about 30-60 mins a day. Di ko fully maalis [textspeak!] pagkasweet tooth ko so may cheat days to eat sweets.

I tried OPKs too pero nabasa ko hindi sya accurate for women with PCOS so now I'm using BBT method. I've tried for 2 cycles. Prang okay naman [textspeak!] temps ko. Nalaman ko na finally [textspeak!] ovulation date and kelan dapat magbaby dance, to which my hubby and I followed. Pero eto heartbroken nnman ako since AF came today, 14DPO na sana ako and magtetest na sana ako soon. But anyway, I cried it out (for the nth month) and prayed.

Now, I've read about REI doctors who can help women manage PCOS and other infertility related problems. I've been searching the internet and I'm overwhelmed with doctors' names. So I decided to ask here. Baka may nakaexperience na sainyo with a care of an REI and you can reco your doctor. Preferred hospital is in Medical City or Cardinal Santos or any clinic within Pasig.
