Health Management Software for students

Hi,
Have you ever heard of school health management software?
My nephew is getting back to school by next week after a long gap. Their schools were closed due to the Covid outbreak.
Last week, we had a meeting with the school management, and they told us that they are implementing a school health management software to get a better idea about students' health status.
Is there anybody over here who can provide better clarity regarding this?
