Questions to ask daycare when touring

We are going tomorrow to tour a couple of daycares that we are interested in and I'm looking to get a guideline on some questions to ask. LO is 11 months and will only be in the infant room for a couple of weeks before moving to 1 year olds so questions for both would be helpful! 

DF has been a stay at home dad so this is our first experience with childcare besides leaving him with grandparents for a couple of hours. TIA!

Is this thread intended for the Philippine setting? As you know  not too many Filipino mom's place their children in a daycare because we can easily hire a Nanny because it's affordable or ask a close relative to look after our kids.
