Recommendations on wedding venue?

So, I am newly engaged (ahhh!!) and looking for a wedding venue in Ann Arbor area. It is a half-way point for family on both sides. We are planning for January of 2022. Therefore, we do have some time to search for one but I?d like to have a venue planned to ensure of the other details. The vibe that we are looking for is something that seems cozy, warm, and neutral. We?re looking to have a small wedding, less than 50 people, and have the ceremony/reception at the same place. Any recommendations of venues I may not be aware of in the area? I appreciate all input! Thanks in advance!
