Questions about women's shoes.

Alright. I am not exactly new to the game, but after 3 years I am no longer in the kind of position where tennis and athletic shoes are appropriate (taught band and a lot of marching band and administration was fine with me wearing them at work). I will be teaching elementary music, so I will be on my feet a lot more and a lot more active in my room. Problem is, I have plantar fasciitis. Does anyone have recommendations on a shoe that will properly support, or an insert that may help?
