Japan Surplus Stores in Metro Manila?

I came across a Japan Surplus store (this is not the Japan Home, Daiso, etc we see in the malls), these are the stores similar to our ukay-ukay but all items came from Japan. They have cabinets, toys (some are even brand new), kitchen wares, bags, clothes, amplifiers, tvs, etc.

I only know one, which is in Makati and there I saw some items I really liked. Unfortunately, when I came back, they were all sold out. Most of the items are pre-owned but there are actually new items with tags. Only problem sometimes, a piece/part of the product is missing, there's a stain, minimal defect, etc. but all are working perfectly fine.

I was able to buy a wooden high chair for only P300 with a few scratches. I was able to grab anime cds too, a baby gate which fitted my walls and some toys. I even saw Graco strollers being sold and they were all brand new for only P1,500.

I'd like to know where in Metro Manila are these Japan Surplus stores. Can you please share?
And some of your experiences too.

In janpan i came across Laciapag Trading which  have several stacks of plates and bowls and mugs (starting at P20, but could go as high as P60 if branded and microwaveable). There are also bikes at around P3,500, refrigerators at P7,500, and washing machines at P3,500. There?s a slim selection of bags and accessories. The hold public auction from time to time; call to ask for the schedule.
