Ask ko lang sainyo kung meron na rin bang nakakita ng property na to online?
Based sa research ko meron na silang pre-selling for Phase 2 and yung Phase 1 is for turnover this year daw, not sure with this.

And okay ba reputation ni APEC Homes, kung naririnig niyo na rin siya before, kasi alam ko meron na silang finished project sa north area.

Mura lang kasi yung mga house and lot nila, around 1.2M yung mga inner and 1.5M yung end/corner unit. So basically, okay sa starting family pa lang.

Yung amenities lang niya is basic, without swimming pool. Kaya siguro mura lang din ang bahay dun.

Let me know your thoughts kung okay tong developer, kasi nagtitingin tingin na rin ako ng house and lot na okay for starting family pa lang.

Will comment not with Citadel Residences coz I haven't personally seen this but with APEC Homes. I have friends who worked there and I used to get a townhouse from them in Imus, but I realized na ang layo kaya nag-back-out ako, good thing refundable pa that time ang down payment and ito pa lang naibayad ko.

What I know from this company is stable sila and one of the top 4 developers in PH based on HDMF's report. Honestly, maayos sila and nag-aassist talaga sila sa clients nila. Affordable din units nila but all are outside Metro Manila. Their main office is in Cabuyao where Arabella Homes is located and their Manila office is in Ortigas Center. If u want to avail their projetcs, let me know, I may refer my friend to assist you.
