Nutrition of dried beans?

On multiple different brands of packaging, the dried blacks beans I buy tout that they have about 12 grams of fiber per 35g of dried bean. Meanwhile, all online sources I have found say it?s more like 8. I would understand if maybe one package or one source was an outlier, but this seems to be the standard for both. Please help!
