Thanks sis sweet surprise. That hug means a lot. You know what, I cant bear my husbands perfume either. Ako pa pumili ng scent na yun 4 months ago.hahaha.

The support group page sounds like a good idea so we can get to know each other better. My first trimester is so bad, the experience is kinda isolating with all the bedrest, nausea, and vomiting. Natalo ko pa ang naka quarantine. But Im glad it is almost over now and kahit paano, medyo nakakalabas labas na ko sa house and nasisikatan ng araw. Heheh.

I think I need to buy new underwear and flat sandals more than maternity clothes. makakapaghintay pa yun konti siguro and I find my husbands clothes  more comfy and fresh. Yun lang di pwede panglabas.

By the way, curious ako sa weight gain niyo mga sis. I was 47.1 nung January 7, then after 2 weeks I became 45.9, tapos Feb 15  naging 46 kilos na. I hope magtuloy tuloy na weight gain for my babys sake.. how about you mga sis?

Wow ang sexy sis ah! Last December, before mag holiday and ma preggy, I was 54 kg and I'm 5" flat . Now, kahit na may metallic taste ako na hindi nawawala eh magana ako kumain Grabe ang cravings. Now, 56.3 kg na.

Hi sis Denica.  Never tried buying baby stuff online pero is it true mas mura sa online? Since wala pa tayo gender kaya hindi ko pa nadispose yung clothes ng daughter ko saka na din ako bibili if alam na natin gender nila.

I want to try buying online like diapers kasi mas mura daw. May particular ka ba na supplier na binibilhan sis?

Hi sis lordknight_aiz.18. Sana malagpasan na natin ang stage nito. Until now I still couldn't take din yung smell ng ibang food. Feeling ko mas maselan ako to my 2nd pregnancy compared sa nauna. Minsan umiiyak na din ako kasi I cant eat anything. What are your cravings? Ano madalas niyo kainin? Hopefully matapos na ito para makakain na tayo ng maayos.

Ako sis sweetsurprise, nung halos wala ko makain, well-tolerated ko ang watermelon , melon, apple, pear. It has to be cold. Kailangan from the fridge. I like pineapples too. Nalalabanan niya yung feeling ko pag Im about to throw up.

Im now on week 14 so officially , bye first trimester na. ANg challenge naman is taking  iron supplement, it makes me feel sick. And obimin capsule is so hard to swallow.  Pero kakayanin para kaya baby..

Umiinom ba kayo mga sis  ng chocolate drinks, milo, or milk lang talaga? Kung milk, which brand? Prenatal milk ba or just the usual full cream milk?

Joining the 3rd Quarter group.

My LMP was.. I don't remember as I was on Excluton until 2nd week of January but I found out last Feb 25 that I am already on my 12th week. Na-surprise talaga kami ng husband ko.

This baby will be our 3rd as well. Hoping na NSD just like our 1st 2 sons.

Congrats sis caprice and sis Godsgreatestgift. Question lang pala for those na nagnormal delivery, how do you exactly push a baby out? Normal delivery naman din ako with my first, but hindi ako marunong ma gpush.. sabi ng isang doctor, mali daw pag push ko kasi namumula yung face ko so yung pwersa sa iba galing. So dinaganan nalang ng doctor yung tummy ko para tulungan si baby lumabas. So paano ba ang tama mga sis?

Hindi ko kaya lasa ng milk and chocolates din pero sa 1st ko fave ko ang DQ ice cream kaya tumaas naman sugar ko. haha Yung weight ko still the same siguro hindi ako masyado kumakain. Hays sana makakain na ako ng maayos soon. Vitamind ko ngayon are Obimin, Hemarate and Vitamin C plus my Asthma medicines

Hi sis lordknight_aiz.18. Sis sa 1st ko nag labor ako for 18 hours. She almost got out actually lumabas na head niya. Nag deep breathing ako everytime I push pero I ended ECS kasi cord coil siya. Alam ko there are groups who do seminars or one on one for this. Ill look into it and share it with you pag nahanap ko na.

^nabasa ko dati, same daw as pushing when pooping.

sabi rin ng OB ko, hindi ako marunong mag-push kaya nag-fundal pressure din sa 1st ko. naka-contribute rin daw siguro na naka-epidural ako kaya wala akong urge to push. eh? syempre gusto mo na lumabas baby di ba?

so sa 2nd ko, tiniis ko hanggang kaya ko na walang epidural. mataas rin naman talaga kasi tolerance ko sa pain. nung medyo masakit na talaga, sabi ko: sa next contraction mukhang hindi ko na kakayanin. pwede na po siguro iturok.

kaso sa next contraction, lalabas na si baby. sabi nila, wag daw akong iire. pigilan ko daw muna kasi lahat sila caught off guard. sabi ko daw kaya pa tapos biglang lalabas na pala. takbuhan lahat sa delivery room from the labor room. eh hindi rin naman talaga ako umiire kasi yung baby parang ayaw nya talaga papigil na lumabas. as in no effort, no push, no anaesthesia, with episiotomy lang, lumabas na 2nd baby ko.

hoping na ganun rin mangyari dito sa 3rd ko. kasi kahit walang anaesthesia, ok lang sa akin. hindi traumatic. mas masakit pa nung tinahi yung episiotomy kasi local anaesthesia na lang ang nilagay. pero binayaran pa rin namin yung epidural kasi naka-prepare na.

^ I agree with you sis. Epidural makes you numb totally thats why its hard to feel the need to push and to know if youre doing it correctly.

When they say its like when youre pooping, as in sa buttocks ka tutulak? Baka iba kasi lumabas.. hehe.

Now, hearing your story, Im considering whether I should try delivering my second one without the epidural-  if it makes the baby come out faster. Kaya lang Im not sure if I can tolerate the pain pag tinatahi na. If theres a topical anesthesia, how come you still felt the pain sis?

^ with epidural, na-feel ko pa rin contractions pero no pain at all. kaya pag may contractions, nagpupush ako. baka di lang talaga ako marunong hehe.

oo push when pooping sa buttocks lang di ba? hehe, normal naman daw ang ma-poop when giving birth. yung iba nga pinag-lalaxative muna para lumabas na.

ang weird nga kasi immediately after giving birth, hindi ko na-feel na masakit down there kahit na 7lbs baby ko. nalalaman ko lang na may episiotomy ako pag sinasabi ng OB. hindi ko na-feel na nag-tear o ginupit. may local anaesthesia pero ramdam ko bawat labas at pasok ng needle e.  tapos ang tagal pa.

I usually buy sa sa official stores para sure na authentic yung products. Madalas kase may sale sa shopee and lazada. Good buys talaga.

Diaper bag naman eh may group na kasama ko and nag destash ng ni hoard nyang bag. kaya I'm planning to buy one.

Medyo guilty ako sa milk. Sobrang nasisira tummy ko sa anmum. siguro 2x lang ako nainom in a week.

^ Sabi naman sis ng iba, push like pooping but instead na sa butt, sa pwerta.. honestly, parang di ko masyado maintindihan kung paano yung pushing pag sa pwerta..  maybe parang pag matagal mong pinigilan ma-pee tapos pipilitin lumabas?

Yes sis caprice , before ako ma-admit sa hospital, I requested my ob for an enema. Para sure na walang poop na sasabay. Kasi problema Jose ang constipation talaga even before. Thanks to the iron supplement.😅

Anyway, I?m seriously thinking whether I should have epidural or gas and air. Anyone who have tried that? They sometimes call it Entonox. I think it?s one of the safest option out there. I learned about it from a Youtuber but she lives in Canada so not sure if we have it here in the Philippines..

I had problems with OBIMIN PLUS, it's either I can't swallow it or if I'll be able to take it, I end up throwing it up. 

My OB prescribed MATERNA or MAMA Whiz PLUS as an alternative, thank fully it's smaller than obimin and I was able to tolerate it.

^ hindi na sis. My last check up was on March 12, right before the community qurantine. Nakakatakot na nga nung time na yun so I jokingly told my OB if I can go back pag manganganak na.. Then she said that could really happen. She added that she?ll be working in the hospital 24 hours once the situation worsened. And ganun na nga nangyari, naglockdown the following week. So I?m assuming na kasama siya sa mga frontliners. She gave me instructions regarding the supplements until 38th week. I?m worried for her and I really hope maging okay na lahat and sana they can find a cure for COVID-19 soon.

I'm planning to go sa ibang OB na open ang clinic just to check lo's heart beat. Galing kase ako sa spotting Dapat April 4 ang sched ko pero sa May na lang if ever. Bahala na...

Pano kaya ang ultrasound etc. lab tests natin? wala pa ako instruction from my OB.

Hello mommies! Im currently 5months pregnant right now. Ask ko [textspeak!] kung do u consider lying in hospital for giving birth since we are having a health crisis right now ( malayo pa [textspeak!] due date august. Wala lang just thinking of it. And pano kayo nagpapacheck up? Since wala din akong ff up check up because of ecq. Buti I?m taking obimin and Hemerate for my iron.
